Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 28-bed Emergency Room department that includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms
• Manage a fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover, prioritizing patient safety and quality of care
• Collaborate within a team-oriented setting to deliver timely and effective emergency nursing interventions
• Monitor and respond to cardiac patients utilizing available monitoring equipment throughout the department

Required Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license required by start of assignment
• Current Emergency Room nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma care settings
• Experience with behavioral health patient populations in an emergency setting
• Cardiac monitoring experience
