Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Active Compact License required at the time of submission.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications preferred.

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 18 head walls, 10 halls.
• Patient Ratios: 5:1.
• Variable staffing model with available unit secretaries and tech support.
• Documentation system: Expanse.
