Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Expected 3 shifts/week | 4 weekend shifts per schedule | No call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department with a 32+ bed unit and a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Perform and assist with procedures including lumbar punctures, intubations, TNK administration, laceration repair, suture removal, and splinting
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, medics, and PCTs across day, mid, and night shifts
• Anticipate patient and department needs to support efficient, high-quality emergency care
• Maintain compliance with all unit guidelines, dress code requirements (navy blue scrubs), and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• TNCC required – must have by start date
• ENPC required – must have by start date
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Greater than 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate patient and department needs
• NIHSS certification
