Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Urbana, Illinois.
Job Summary:
Provide professional nursing care to a designated group of Emergency Department (ED) patients using the nursing process and current nursing trends.
Perform initial patient assessments upon admission and develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans based on patient and family needs.
Execute nursing interventions and procedures specific to ED nursing, ensuring all responsibilities are completed as required by the unit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care for effective communication within the healthcare team.
Monitor and evaluate patient status, continuously updating care plans as needed.
Med Ninjas Job ID #5104. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
