RN – Emergency Department (ED) | Travel Contract

Silvis, IL
13-Week Contract
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
 

Position Highlights

• 36 hours/week guaranteed.
• 48 hours/week available upon request, subject to facility approval (not guaranteed).
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH).

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform triage, patient assessments, and emergency interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to medical emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and the emergency care team.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Illinois or compact).
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC required.
• Recent Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and emergency response skills.
