Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ED experience and multiple trauma certifications.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department-Trauma unit of a hospital setting
• 12-week assignment with night shift hours (19:00-07:30)
• Every third weekend required
• Uses Epic EMR
• May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (AHA required for BLS, ACLS, and PALS)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Candidates must have a US Social Security Number and US home address
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate for local candidates
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate based on facility radius policy
