Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency nursing and trauma experience in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and provide emergency care to patients of all age groups.
- Manage trauma, stroke, cardiac emergencies, and other critical conditions.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products.
- Start and maintain IV lines and perform phlebotomy as needed.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias.
- Provide care for ventilated patients and manage BiPAP/CPAP support.
- Assist with emergency procedures and patient stabilization.
- Document patient care accurately using the hospital's charting system.
- Float to designated units to support emergency department overflow when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience.
- At least 1 year of Level II trauma experience required.
- Experience caring for all age groups, including pediatric and adult patients.
- Active Maryland RN license required at submission.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required.
- Prophecy Relias Advanced EKG assessment required.
- Strong IV therapy, blood product administration, and cardiac monitoring skills.
- Experience with ventilated patients, vasopressors, and ABG interpretation required.
