Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, 65-bed Emergency Department setting
Manage patients across varying acuity levels including shock, core, psych, and exam areas according to established patient ratios
Operate and monitor equipment including Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infusers
Document accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
Float to other areas within the department according to skill set as needed
Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes in a fast-paced emergency care environment

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Emergency nursing experience in a large Emergency Department
Current ACLS certification
Current PALS certification
Current BLS certification
Current TNCC certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage care in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and high-acuity situations
Experience with Epic EMR
