Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced 65-bed Emergency Department
Manage patients across varying acuity levels including Shock, Core, Psych, and Exam areas according to established patient ratios
Operate and monitor equipment including Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infusers
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
Float within the department according to skill set as needed to meet patient care demands
Adhere to dress code requirements including navy blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Emergency nursing experience in a large Emergency Department
Current ACLS certification
Current PALS certification
Current BLS certification
Current TNCC certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
Demonstrated ability to manage fluctuating patient volumes and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience with Epic EMR
