Job Summary: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Farmington, New Mexico. This role involves providing urgent care in a busy emergency department within a Level III trauma center. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The shift is from 7P to 7A.

Shift: 12-hour shifts from 7P to 7A, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Number of Openings: 1
Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Nursing Certification (TNCC) must be from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: RN ADN, 2 years of emergency department experience preferred, New Mexico license required
Additional Information: The department utilizes team nursing and pod systems. A social worker is assigned to the department, and there is a unit educator. Equipment includes Zoll Defibrillator, Level One Blood Transfuser, QinFlow Blood Warmer, Hospira Plum360, Freestyle and Istat Point-of-Care devices, and ultrasound-guided IV. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used is Cerner.
