Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Emergency Room, Williamantic, CT: The position provides emergency nursing care on a night shift in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role requires experience caring for patients with trauma, cardiac emergencies, stroke, and behavioral health needs.

Job Details

  • Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse license; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications; minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Epic experience and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
  • Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., 36 hours per week, with no on-call requirement.
  • Additional Information: Emergency department experience with trauma, ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), stroke, and behavioral health unit patients is preferred.
