Emergency Room, Washington This position supports emergency care in a critical access hospital setting with 11 beds and one trauma bay. The role includes 12-hour day shifts, an average patient volume of approximately 35 patients per day, and a 4:1 patient ratio.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week; weekend coverage is required every other weekend, with holiday coverage.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Two years of emergency room experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
  • Active license required for submission
• Additional Information:
  • Emergency department with 11 beds and one trauma bay
  • Approximately 35 patients per day
  • 4:1 patient ratio
  • Charge nurse coverage available
  • Electronic charting is used
  • Unit-specific orientation is provided
  • Respiratory therapy coverage is available 24/7
