Registered Nurse, Emergency Room, Plano, TX. This six-week rapid response assignment supports emergency care in a high-acuity setting with trauma, burn, stroke, and chest pain services. The schedule includes day shifts with weekend coverage and opportunities for self-scheduling.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week; assignment runs from 11/09/2026 through 12/21/2026.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Texas Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or compact license eligibility
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), SAMA, or equivalent
  • Required certifications must be included in the submission packet.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
• Additional Information:
  • Rapid response assignment with a six-week duration
  • Four weekend shifts per month
  • No on-call requirement
  • Self-scheduling available
  • Emergency department includes trauma bays, a burn room, a psychiatric treatment room, and a vertical treatment area
  • Clinical services include certified chest pain, comprehensive stroke, Level 1 trauma, and accredited burn care
  • Royal blue scrubs are required; branded attire is preferred
