Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Associate's Degree in Nursing, CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, minimum of 3 years of acute medical-surgical nursing experience, at least 1 year of utilization review, case management, or discharge planning experience in an acute care hospital, Epic experience (minimum 612 months within the past year).
Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 32 hours per week.
Required Skills & Experience: ACUTE MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSING, UTILIZATION REVIEW, ENDOSCOPY, PROCEDURAL SEDATION, PHASE II RECOVERIES.
Additional Skills: EKG INTERPRETATION, MODERATE SEDATION, CASE MANAGEMENT, EPIC, PROGRESSIVE CARE, CRITICAL CARE, EMERGENCY ROOM NURSING, DISCHARGE PLANNING, AIRWAY MANAGEMENT, SEDATIVES, REVERSAL MEDICATION, FLEXIBILITY WITH UNIT NEEDS, CHARGE NURSE EXPERIENCE.
Preferred Skills & Experience: N/A.
Education: Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
Certifications & Licensure: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS.
Required & Preferred: Bachelors of Science (BS) in Nursing is preferred but not mandatory.
