- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,940-$2,040
- Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

- Orientation: 72 hours
- Weekend Coverage: Variable based on unit needs
- Floating: Required to other Med/Surg Oncology units
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg Telemetry or a related nursing specialty
- Current telemetry monitoring and telemetry interpretation experience
- Experience with Epic EHR charting required
- BLS certification required
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Oncology nursing experience preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to unit needs
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to adult and geriatric telemetry patients in a medical-surgical setting
- Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
- Support patients with a variety of oncology-related medical-surgical diagnoses
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
- Follow infection prevention protocols and patient safety practices closely
- Float to other Med/Surg Oncology units as needed to support staffing needs
