Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Room – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Patient ratio of 5:1. At least 6 weekend shifts required in a 6-week schedule.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in a busy Emergency Department with 40 beds and daily census of 90
• First-time travelers welcome; 2 years of experience preferred
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Rapid Response Teams
• Flexible scheduling with option for 48-hour work week; overtime begins at 49th hour
• 24-hour orientation provided with additional onsite training modules
• Care for diverse patient populations across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico or Compact RN license (pending license accepted if obtained prior to start date)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH/NIHSS, PALS
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, CPI
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Charge nurse experience preferred
