Join a leading acute-care hospital in Dunn, NC, as an ER Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on patient care.

As an ER Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the emergency department. You will be required to float to all Harnett Health locations as needed and will be expected to work weekends every other week. The facility has a call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment, ensuring that hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed once that threshold is met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4.
• Participate in the care of patients with various medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in the Emergency Department.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, NIH.
• Must be able and willing to float between both campuses.
• Local candidates are not accepted due to the 50-mile radius rule from Betsy Johnson and Central Harnett.
• Pending licenses are not accepted.

Special Requirements:

• Return Staff Policy: Must be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.
• System has a 2 contract limit (can only extend once) and must be gone for 6 months to return.
