## Job Requirements & Qualifications ### Experience: - 2 years of experience is a hard stop requirement. - Community Hospital Experience: Required - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - LTAC Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred - Requires specific amount of experience: At least 1 year required ### Licensure: - Valid State License: Compact license must be in hand at submission ### Certifications: - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) ### Skills: - Charting System Experience: Required - Charting System Name: Epic - BiPAP/CPAP management - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV vasopressors - Management of dysrhythmias - Stroke Certified Facility - Triage ### Qualifications: - Patient Ratio Experience: 3 - Must include response to the following from the candidate with submission: - Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked. - References Required: - 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years, during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead ### Other Requirements: - Local radius: 50 miles - Local rule: Accepted at lower BR - Background Policy: Facility does not accept Nursys or BG hits - Return Staff Policy: Can return after 3 months - Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)
