Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and ER workflow

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Perform patient assessments, monitor condition changes, and respond promptly to urgent clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Prioritize care for patients with varying levels of acuity in a busy ER setting
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility and clinical standards
