Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certification required.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to commit to a block schedule of 4 shifts per week from noon to midnight.
