Unit Information

The Emergency Department consists of:

• Number of Beds: 54
• Number of Staff: 125
• Patient Ratios: 4:1

General Information

This is a dynamic department with the following staffing structure:

• Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 Sitters
• Night Shift: 2 Charge Nurses, 8 RNs, and 5 Paramedics

Essential Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Room experience
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Preferred Skills:
  • 2+ years of Emergency Room experience
  • Experience with Meditech EHR

Royal Blue Scrubs are required attire.
