Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team for a 13-week contract. The position requires a commitment to providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

This position involves working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There is no on-call requirement for this role.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Department setting

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department will be responsible for:

• Conducting patient assessments and providing comprehensive nursing care.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Responding to emergencies and participating in life-saving interventions.
