WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Worcester, Massachusetts. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Perform thorough assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions.

Requirements

• Current MA RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required.
• Experience with OB and cardiac drip titration preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is advantageous.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.
