Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Emergency Department – Orange, CA 92868

Start Date: December 1, 2026

Location: Orange, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM). Weekend coverage required every other weekend, with potential for additional weekends to accommodate unit needs. This is a 13-week travel assignment.

Highlights:

• Work in a high-volume, 426-bed acute care Magnet-designated hospital
• Comprehensive emergency services including cardiac care, STEMI, stroke, and behavioral health

• Epic charting system in use

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience (within the last year) required
• Experience in a facility with 200+ patient volume required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, MAB, NIHSS, and PALS
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
