Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Active California RN license; pending licenses are not accepted.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC.
• ENPC preferred.
• Patient ratio experience of 1:4.
• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Travel experience not required.

Required Clinical Skills

• Adult and pediatric emergency care and triage.
• Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management.
• Trauma, orthopedic trauma, and neurological emergencies.
• Respiratory emergencies, intubation assistance, and ventilator management.
• IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, and emergency medications.
• IV sedation, vasopressors, and procedural sedation monitoring.
• Psychiatric emergencies, suicidal patients, overdose, and violent behavior management.
• Infection control, isolation precautions, and PPE.
