Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED or ICU experience and a MA RN license.

Details

• High-acuity emergency department with 118 beds
• Diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding patients, and critically ill/ICU-level patients
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
• NOC shift, 19:00-07:30, 3x12s or 4x12s available totaling 36 hrs/week
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience required, post-orientation
• Strong critical care skills and adaptability required for a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Additional Information

• Manage complex and unstable patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Work as part of a Flex Team within the emergency department
