- Floating: Yes, may float to Med-Surg when ICU census is low
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Charting System: Epic required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Prior ICU experience required
- Epic experience required
- Ability to work independently in a rural, critical access hospital
- Comfortable caring for patients across a broad age range, from infants through older adults
- Must be able to provide bedside ICU care
- Charge nurse experience is preferred, but agency nurses will not be assigned the charge nurse role
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
