Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for a geriatric caseload, requiring OASIS and HCHB EMR experience along with a WV or compact RN license.

Details

  • Home Health setting serving an adult geriatric patient population
  • Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day
  • Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend coverage
  • On-call responsibilities required, details to be discussed during interview
  • Uses HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR system
  • Travel territory up to a 60-mile radius from the office hub, requiring flexibility across the territory

Requirements

  • Active WV or compact RN license required in hand
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
  • OASIS experience required
  • HCHB EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric home health patients
  • Dress code requires scrubs in any color, no jeans permitted
  • Company-provided iPad for charting and documentation
  • Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
  • Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
