Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for an experienced RN - ICU to start right away in New Haven, CT. This vibrant city offers a rich cultural scene, historic charm, and proximity to beautiful coastal landscapes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide critical care to patients across five ICU specialties.
  • Float between two campuses, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Manage central lines, arterial lines, and ventilated patients.
  • Interpret and manage dysrhythmias effectively.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years ICU experience required.
  • Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
  • Proficient in arterial line management and pulmonary artery line monitoring.
