Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required with 6 weekend shifts per schedule period. 24-hour orientation provided.

• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted at time of submission

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license; pending licenses accepted but must be obtained prior to start date)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS required
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Willingness to float to similar units (Medical-Surgical, Stepdown, PCU, Emergency Department, CVICU) with maximum 4-patient ratio when floating
