Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse (RN) position is based in York, Pennsylvania. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a critical care environment, supervising other healthcare team members, and ensuring safety and compliance with clinical standards. The position is suitable for qualified nurses eager to contribute to patient recovery and safety.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts (12 hours) with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required prior to first shift for CIRH only. A minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience is required.

  • Additional Information: The RN performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develops and updates individualized care plans, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, accurate documentation, and supervision of ancillary staff.
