Job Summary: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Woodruff, Wisconsin
This role supports critical care services across ICU and intermediate care (IMC) settings. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing established clinical processes, and supporting safe, high-quality outcomes. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Rotating day and nights shifts (12 hours) with a minimum of 36.0 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); Associate Degree or Certificate education.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree; experience with Electronic Prescribing? (EPIC) charting (EPIC preferred); one travel assignment preferred (not required).
  • On-Call/Call Back: Can be low censused and put on call; call back minimum is 2 hours.
  • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday.
  • Float: Float to other units as needed, including possible float to MS; floating may be prescheduled.
  • Additional Information: Floating can and will be prescheduled; possible facilities/locations for float coverage may include Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk; scrub colors may be any color; charting experience with EPIC is preferred; GSA hours are not guaranteed during the week of orientation, though set hours per week are guaranteed except during holidays when the unit is closed; eligibility includes 36 hours of low census unbillable hours during the contract.
