Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care is sought for a facility located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves providing holistic, patient-centered care across various age groups, including neonates, children, adults, and older adults. The RN will execute nursing standards, develop patient care plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care, with opportunities to float to other ICU units and medical/surgical units if needed.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience, current skills checklist pertinent to ICU, ACLS certification, BLS certification, Minnesota state licensure, and Epic electronic health record experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Documented experience with fresh open heart surgery patients, cardiac rhythm interpretation, Impella and balloon pump experience, and adult and geriatric patient care.
Additional Information: Submission must include all RTO requests at the time of application. Candidates who are not eligible to work in the USA must note this on their profile. No call responsibilities are required; weekend shifts are assigned every weekend.
