Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 36 hours/week, every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with patient ratios of primarily 2:1, with some 1:1 and 3:1 assignments
• Assist with and support procedures including central line placements, arterial line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG systems
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech documentation system
• Float to the ICU overflow unit as needed per facility floating policy
• Maintain compliance with all unit guidelines, dress code (Galaxy Blue or Pewter scrubs), and facility policies introduced during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Active ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Arctic Sun temperature management systems and Continuous EEG monitoring
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation
• Experience in a high-acuity ICU environment with expanding service lines
