Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an ICU position requiring 2+ years of ICU experience and TNCC certification.

Details

• ICU setting with 24 plus 2 recovery beds
• Patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2
• Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• No call requirements
• Float to HVU and PCU (1:4 ratio)
• No 48-hour or block scheduling
• EMR: MedHost, currently converting to Cerner

Requirements

• Active RN license (TX or Compact) required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and TNCC
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Critical care experience required
• Scrubs must be any solid color
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
• No employment gaps of 90+ days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Not eligible if previously worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
