Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient flow in the ICU and MS, maintaining a ratio of 1:5 at the highest.
• Deliver safe and effective nursing care, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements:

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or IMC level care.
• Experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting is preferred.
