Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for an ICU position requiring 2+ years of critical care experience and TNCC certification.

Details

• ICU setting with 24 beds plus 2 in recovery
• Patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a
• Float to HVU and PCU at a 1:4 ratio
• No call requirements
• No 48-hour or block scheduling
• EMR is MedHost, currently converting to Cerner

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and TNCC
• 2+ years of ICU experience required
• Critical care experience required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start

Additional Information

• Scrubs in any solid color are required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Travelers who worked as perm staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
