Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs to provide exceptional care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This position is ideal for experienced ICU nurses, but first-time travelers with the required experience are also welcome to apply.

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work 3x12-hour shifts, primarily at night, with the possibility of floating to other units within the metro region as needed. Weekend shifts are required, approximately 6-8 weekends per 6-week schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Ability to float to other units as needed.
• Willingness to work weekends.
