Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Baltimore, MD! We are seeking dedicated and experienced RNs to provide exceptional care in our Intensive Care Unit. Contract Details:

• Shift: 3x12s, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Potential for 4x12s, please inquire upon submission.
• Call outs may result in immediate contract cancellation.
• Every other weekend is required.
• Travelers may float to IMC based on facility needs.
• Local candidates are accepted.

Requirements:

• Maryland or compact RN license required upon submission.
• 2 years of Critical Care experience required.
• Level II trauma experience required; teaching hospital and Level I trauma experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.
• ATCAR or equivalent trauma education is required.
• Advanced EKG assessment must be completed and passed prior to contract commencement.
• Neuro ICU and Surgical ICU experience are required.
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management experience required.
• Experience managing multisystem organ dysfunction/failure is required.
• Cardiac and vasoactive drip titration experience is required.

Unit Information:

• This is a 29-bed, non-aggregated ICU.
• The unit cares for Medical, Surgical, Coronary Care, Neuro, and Trauma patients.
• Average daily census is approximately 26 patients.
• Specializes in high-risk Neuro and Trauma interventions.
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics.
