Assignment Overview

A skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to join the Rehabilitation nursing team. The RN will provide care to patients requiring rehabilitation services, fostering an environment of healing and recovery.

Assignment Details

  • Shift: PM (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
  • Hours per Shift: 12
  • Hours per Week: 36
  • Position Type: Long Term
  • Position Quantity: 1
  • Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2430 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in alignment with evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care actions accurately.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during the recovery process.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Rehab or a related setting is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts and ensure continuity of care.
  • Dedication to improving the overall health and well-being of patients.
