Travel RN – ICU (Night Shift/ Day Shift )

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a strong, detail-driven ICU Travel Nurse for an exciting opportunity in New Mexico, where your expertise in critical care will make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting

• Manage ventilators, high-flow oxygen, and BiPAP systems

• Administer and titrate vasoactive drips and monitor complex rhythms

• Apply the ABCDEF bundles to optimize patient outcomes

• Float to IMC as needed

• Document using the MedHost EMR system

What You Need:

• Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact)

• ACLS & BLS certifications

• Strong skills in rhythm interpretation, ventilator management, and critical thinking

• Comfort managing patients with advanced disease processes

• Willingness to work night shifts and float between units as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Cardiac background, especially with IABP and Impella

• CRRT competency

• TNCC certification

• Familiarity with MedHost EMR
