## Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team! **Job Description:** - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Unit:** Labor and Delivery (709) - **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - **Bed Capacity:** 16 ### What We Offer: - A thriving environment focused on quality patient care. - Recognition as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals. - Achieved an "A" Safety Grade from Leapfrog. - Magnet® Designation for nursing excellence. ### Your Role: - Provide exceptional care for high-risk cases in Labor and Delivery. - Participate in various procedures including: - Vaginal Deliveries - Cesarean Sections - D&C - Cerclage - C-Hyst ### Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience. - High-risk experience. - Immediate newborn care expertise. ### Essential Skills: - Certifications Required: - NRP - BLS/ALS - Advanced Fetal Monitoring - Must be adaptable, friendly, and possess great interpersonal skills. ### Work Environment: - Collaborative team of 120 staff members. - Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2 - Equipment: Baxter Pumps, Phillips electronic fetal monitoring. - EMR: Cerner, Fetal ink. ### Additional Information: - Dress Code: Scrubs provided. - Weekend and on-call duties available upon approval. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
