**Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN - L&D in Wichita, KS!** **Job Description:** - Step into a dynamic **Delivery Room** with: - **26 Beds** - **112 Staff Members** - Work alongside a dedicated team consisting of: - **Day Shift**: 1 CNC(TL), 14 nurses, 2-3 ST, 2 unit clerks - **Night Shift**: 1 CNC(TL), 12 nurses, 2 ST, 1 unit clerk - Experience patient ratios that ensure quality care: - **1:1** for high-risk labor c-sections - **1:2** for antepartum, PPROM, PTL on mag, PP on mag - **1:3** for PP mag without baby, Outpatients - Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including: - Alaris pumps - PCA pumps - Monica Novii telemetry - CPN (GE) monitor - EMR system: Meditech / CPN **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must-Haves**: - Minimum **1-year current hospital L&D RN experience** - Certifications: **BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM-C or AWHONN** - **Preferred Skills**: - Experience with circulating c-sections - High-risk LDR experience **Common Procedures Performed**: - C-sections and Inductions - AROM, IUPC, DFM and Doppler **Ideal Personality Fit**: - Compassionate, caring, and friendly - Patient and solutions-oriented - Prioritize patient care experience **Why Choose Us**: - Self-scheduling for enhanced work-life balance - Team-oriented nursing approach fostering collaboration - Strong leadership supporting hands-on involvement - Tenured nurses with **20-40 years** of experience - New OB Hospitalist program providing additional attending support **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol)**: At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
