Labor Nurse (L&D) Richmond, VA
The organization is seeking a Labor Nurse for a Maternal Infant Unit within the Labor and Delivery Department. This role supports labor, delivery, and post-delivery care, including newborn care and monitoring for antepartum patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift; minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) fetal monitoring certification; at least 2 years of labor experience; ability to provide care for vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and antepartum patients; experience with newborn and post-partum care.
• Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of labor experience with a history working in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting with high birth volumes.
• Additional Information: Every third weekend with 12 hours of call per 4 week schedule.
