Travel Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

• Pay Rate:$36.33 - $42.38 per hour

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care.
• Provide direct nursing care and support activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting.
• Evening shift assignment.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• 30-minute meal break included.
• Rotating schedule assignment:
  • Week 1: Sunday (Day Shift), Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Evening Shift), Saturday (Extended Day Shift)
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption where applicable.
• Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law.
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License
