Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality resident care.
This role requires reliability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently in a structured long-term care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
Assist with patient care planning and clinical coordination
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and care standards
Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality care
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Reliable transportation required due to limited transit access
