Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

GUARANTEED HOURS- 40 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate:$39.15 - $45.68 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care.
- Provide direct nursing care and support activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting.
- Night shift assignment.
- Must work every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Every other Monday required.
- 30-minute meal break included.
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption where applicable.
- Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law.
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURE- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License
