Travel LPN - Contract OpportunityPOSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.

GUARANTEED HOURS- 32 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate:$36.33 - $42.38 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document resident conditions and responses to care.
- Provide direct nursing care and support activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Travel nursing opportunity.

- 32 guaranteed hours per week.
- Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption where applicable.
