Travel RN – Long-Term Care (LTC) | Varied Shifts – Hawaii

Location: Honokaʻa, Hawaii
Start Date: November 23, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Varied 8-hour shifts (Days, Evenings, and Nights)
EMR: Epic
 

Shift: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 – 0730. including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required. No guarantee of hours or shift preference. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform resident assessments and nursing treatments.
• Administer medications and notify the MD/NP of pertinent changes in resident condition.
• Manage resident admissions and discharges.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide gastrostomy tube and urinary catheter care.
• Perform nebulizer treatments, wound VAC care, and CPAP care.
• Complete other assigned nursing duties while maintaining quality and continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Active Hawaii RN license required by the start of the assignment.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Important Assignment Details:

• Must arrive on Thursday, November 19, 2026, for the employee health appointment on Friday, November 20.
• Weekend, holiday, and overtime rotation may be required.
• No guaranteed hours or preferred shift.
• Holiday coverage is required.
