Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 13–20 Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during day shift hours
- Perform and interpret ECG rhythm recognition as required by the unit
- Administer and manage medications safely in accordance with facility standards
- Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
- Log and submit hours worked through the designated time-tracking platform
- Complete all required pre-start and annual facility modules prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience prior to travel
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
- Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date
- One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months (Charge RN references accepted)
- Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (maximum of 2 attempts)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility location
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
- Familiarity with electronic time and attendance or workforce management platforms
